Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to reach me?

For Non Pre-order Items

Your order will be shipped out within 2 working days to your indicated address. Delivery lead time varies depending on your location within Hong Kong, but you can generally expect it to reach you within 2-3 days after your order has been shipped.

For Pre-order Items
You can refer to the estimated delivery date on the product listing page that you saw before you add your items to cart.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! Tracking number will be sent once order has been shipped.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders that are HKD500 and above. For orders below HKD500, there will be a shipping charge of HKD50 incurred.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes you can - but only within 2 hours from the time you placed your order. You can reach out to our customer service staff either through live chat or at our hotline.

What do I do when I missed scheduled delivery?

If you weren't at home to receive your parcel the first time, our third-party courier will try to deliver again 2 more times. You will be able to instruct our courier to leave the item in a safe place by providing a safety code previously sent to you.

Can I request for international shipping?

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

What is TC Acoustic's refund policy?

TC Acoustic does not cover buyers' remorse and orders placed are non-refundable.

Should there be any exceptions in which refunds are permitted, we will need to charge a refund and restocking fee.

What is TC Acoustic's exchange policy?

If a product is deemed as defective on delivery, recipient may contact TC Acoustic for an exchange.

Our policy allows for exchange of item(s) if it meets all of the following criteria:

1) The item(s) is/are returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date
2) The item(s) is/are supported by a proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, Invoice)
3) There is a valid reason for the return or exchange

Valid Reasons:
a) Damaged: The product was damaged when you received it
b) Defective: The product does not function according to manufacturer’s specification
c) Incorrect/wrong item: A wrong product has been delivered (E.g Wrong Colour, Wrong Item)
d) Missing items/parts: Missing items/parts as indicated on the product packaging

Anycover Warranty

What is Anycover?

Anycover provides additional year(s) of warranty protection for your product beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Which product can I add Anycover to?

You can add to any of the products sold at our store except for demo units and accessories.

What does Anycover extended warranty cover?

It covers defects such as sound distortion and wireless connectivity. Do note that it does not cover wear and tear.

Can I claim multiple times during the extended warranty period?

Once a claim has been made during the extended warranty period, the extended warranty from Anycover will be terminated.

Can I buy Anycover Extended warranty if I buy my product from other online platforms?

Anycover Extended Warranty is available on products purchased from TC Acoustic only.

How do I claim my Anycover extended warranty?

You can reach out to our livechat. Our team will assist with troubleshooting with your product first. If a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will proceed with a warranty claim.
