Orders & Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 2 working days. Delivery timing may vary depending on your location within Hong Kong.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• Commercial and residential areas: 2–3 working days
• Commercial and industrial areas: 3–6 working days
• Outlying islands: 4–7 working days*
*Include but are not limited to: Hei Ling Chau, Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island, Lantau, Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island, Soko Island, Sunshine Island and Park Island.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page before checkout. Once stock arrives, we'll ship your order as soon as it's available.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as severe weather conditions or incomplete delivery information. Should there be any unexpected delays, our customer service team will notify you as soon as possible.

Can I track my TC Acoustic order?

While we don't provide tracking numbers, you can rest assured that all orders placed before 2pm will be fulfilled by the next working day.*

*Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays or during the weekend will be delivered by Tuesday.

Is shipping free with TC Acoustic Hong Kong?

Yes. Shipping is free for orders above HKD500.

For orders below HKD500, a flat delivery fee of HKD50 applies.

Can I update my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you may request a delivery address change within 2 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not been processed for delivery. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can check if your request is eligible.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, our third-party courier will attempt to redeliver your parcel up to 2 more times.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we do not offer standard international shipping.

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

What is TC Acoustic Hong Kong's refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority! If there is an issue with your recent purchase, you can return a sealed item within 7 days from the date of purchase for store credits.

How to return your item:
1. Make sure the item is sealed and unused, in its original packaging.
2. Reach out to us via our live chat or phone call, and we will guide you through the return process.
3. Once we receive and review your item, we'll process your refund as store credit or arrange an exchange.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items to cover the costs of quality checks, repackaging, and administrative processing.

What is TC Acoustic Hong Kong's exchange policy?

We're sorry if you received a defective or incorrect item, you can request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must:
• Be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).
• Returned for a valid reason listed below.

Valid Reasons for Exchange:
• Damaged: The product was damaged upon arrival or out of the box.
• Defective: The product does not function according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• Incorrect/Wrong Item: You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong color or model).
• Missing Items/Parts: The product is missing items or parts as indicated on the packaging.

Which items are not eligible for a refund or return?

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Products returned without all original accessories
• Products with damaged packaging

How long does it take to process a refund or store credit?

How do I register for an item that I received as a gift?

You can register your product on our Product Registration page by entering the product details (model, serial number, etc.) along with your proof of purchase.

How do I check my warranty registration?

Once you've registered your product with TC Acoustic Hong Kong, you'll get a confirmation email from: donotreply@tcacoustic.com.

How do I get the additional 3 months warranty?

When registering your product on our Product Registration page, you can opt in to our email newsletter to enjoy an additional 3 months of warranty.

Anycover Warranty

What is Anycover Extended Warranty from TC Acoustic Hong Kong?

Anycover gives you extra peace of mind by extending your product's warranty beyond the standard manufacturer coverage.

You can choose to add 1, 2, or 3 years of extended protection when you check out.

Which product can I add Anycover to?

You can add to any of the products sold at our store except for demo units and accessories.

What does the Anycover plan protect?

Anycover gives you extra protection for your TC Acoustic product beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It covers manufacturing defects, such as problems with sound quality, wireless connectivity, or other issues caused by faults in production.

Anycover does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage (for example, dropping your device or spilling liquid), misuse or improper handling, or repairs done by unauthorized parties.

Can I make more than one claim with Anycover?

Once a claim has been made under Anycover during the extended warranty period, the extended warranty will end, and no further claims can be made.

Can I buy Anycover if I purchased from another store?
