General Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Strategize and organize a variety of HR initiatives related to compensation and benefits and staff learning and development
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR manager, HR generalist or similar roles
  • Familiarity with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) laws and local, Malaysia and Hong Kong labour acts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word & Excel programs
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills, ability to meet and exceed project deadlines
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening and presentation skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Business degree specializing in Human Resources
  • 1 to 2 years of specialist experience in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development
